All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

We currently ship to customers In the UAE, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, ALYA may offer complimentary shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
